Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain visitor records and issue access badges/passes as per company policy
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and inform concerned departments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and delivery services
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document handling, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Facilities teams for office-related support
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, confidentiality, and security procedures

Work Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience in a corporate front office or receptionist role
  • Only Female Preferred
