Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
- Maintain visitor records and issue access badges/passes as per company policy
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and inform concerned departments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and delivery services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document handling, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Facilities teams for office-related support
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, confidentiality, and security procedures
Work Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in a corporate front office or receptionist role
- Only Female Preferred
