Front Office Manager

• Handle all types of inquiries — Walk-ins, Telephonic, and Social Media.
• Responsible for selling memberships through marketing and promotional activities.
• Follow up with existing customers and convert walk-in leads into memberships.
• Achieve club sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate and updated member records in trackers and systems.
• Post regular updates on SLAM Club’s social media pages.
• Prepare and maintain daily club reports and sales reports.
• Track checklists and audit reports for operational accuracy.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in line with SLAM’s standards and benchmarks.

Work Timings

• 5:00 AM – 1:45 PM
• 1:45 PM – 10:30 PM
