Job Description
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently
- Maintain visitor registers and follow office entry protocols
- Ensure overall office neatness and cleanliness by coordinating with housekeeping staff
- Manage office supplies and stationery; ensure timely replenishment when items run out
- Coordinate with vendors for office-related requirements and services
- Maintain office records, files, and basic administrative documentation
- Support day-to-day office operations and internal coordination
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate walk-ins
- Assist with employee onboarding documentation and formalities
- Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
- Supervise and track basic accounts-related activities
- Maintain simple expense records and bill tracking
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice submission and follow-ups
