Job description:

  • Welcome guests and complete check-in procedures (ID verification, registration, room allocation, key issuance).
  • Handle C-Form filing for foreign guests by verifying passport/visa details and submitting on the FRRO portal within the required timeline.
  • Manage guest requests, complaints, and coordination with housekeeping.
  • Process check-out procedures, generate bills, post charges, and collect payments.
  • Maintain accurate records in PMS and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
  • Handle cash, prepare shift reports, and ensure proper handover.
