The candidate will contribute to application design, development, testing, and deployment, while also supporting continuous improvement and innovation across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern development frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through testing and debugging.
Work with databases to design and manage data structures and queries.
Use version control systems and follow standard development practices for code management.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and support team collaboration when required.

Professional & Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Good understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or similar technologies.
