We are looking for a proactive GeM Support Coordinator – Sales to support government sales operations through tender management and bidding activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement portals such as GeM, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely bid submissions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support government tendering and bidding processes.
  • Work extensively on GeM Portal, e-Tender portals, e-Procurement systems, TN-Tender Portal, MSTC, and other government procurement platforms.
  • Identify relevant tenders and opportunities aligned with company products and services.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications, pricing, and required documents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids in compliance with tender guidelines.
  • Track tender status, bid results, and maintain proper documentation of all submissions.
  • Handle clarifications, queries, and communication related to tenders.
  • Assist with post-award documentation and order processing if the tender is awarded.
  • Maintain updated records of government procurement opportunities.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in Government Sales Support, Tendering, and Bidding processes.
  • Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and other e-procurement platforms.
  • Knowledge of tender documentation and technical/commercial evaluation processes.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
