We are looking for to hire a Global Process Owner Intercompany, for KBS chennai.
Global Process Owner, Intercompany COE
We are looking for an experienced professional with hands on Process Owner experience and a solid business background to support our global vision of becoming more effective business partners and more efficient in KONE intercompany transactions.
In this role you will ensure that KONE’s intercompany financial and purchasing processes continue to be fit-for-purpose, effective, efficient and of good quality covering the full life-cycle of the process from development to deployment to use in the context of end-to-end business processes.
As a Process Owner, Intercompany, you have global ownership of KONE intercompany related sub-processes; order placement, invoice capturing, invoice processing, accounts payable, outgoing payments, and -helpdesk. You will report to the Global Process Owner I2P (Invoice-to-pay) and be part of the global KBS source to pay organization. You work in close co-operation with Purchasing and other upstream organizations to ensure end to end business process optimization.
Main responsibilities:
- Define the global process design, the service delivery model and the process roadmap for a specific process, and influence decisions where required
- Manage and drive compliance to processes standards and policy
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities (e.g. new technologies) by reviewing industry benchmarks and working with the external market to understand best practices
- Act as the key go-to role for process and functional support
- Ensure compliance to KW methodology
Skills, education and experience:
- Qualification in CA is preferred, or Degree in Finance or relevant field or similar expertise gained in previous roles
- Fluency in English
- Minimum of 3-5 years of international business experience, in P2P either in Finance or Sourcing
- Ability to drive for, and manage change
- Ability to influence people and work in a matrix environment
- Proven track record of understanding processes and linkages between different tools
- Strong attitude towards root cause analysis and problem solving, execution mindset
- Solid collaboration skills
- A desire for continuous learning & improvement
- Good understanding of SAP ERP and related P2P solutions
