Job Description
- Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Visit Customers In Assigned Areas And Promote Gold Loan Products
- Generate New Leads Through Field Visits And Local Market Activities
- Explain Gold Loan Process, Interest Rates, And Documentation Clearly To Customers
- Achieve Monthly Sales Targets As Assigned By The Company
- Build And Maintain Good Relationships With Customers
- Coordinate With Branch And Operations Team For Smooth Loan Disbursement
- Ensure Proper KYC And Compliance As Per Company Policy
- Eligibility Criteria:
- 12th Pass Candidates: Must Have Prior Field Sales Experience
- Graduates: Freshers Are Eligible
- Strong Communication And Convincing Skills
- Willingness To Travel In The Field Daily
- Basic Knowledge Of Sales And Customer Handling
- Salary & Benefits:
- Freshers Salary: ₹18,000 Per Month
- Experienced Candidates Package: Up To ₹4.00 LPA
