Position: Loan Sales Executive We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our dynamic Gold Loan Sales Team.

💼 Job Description :As a Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting and sourcing gold loan products to potential customers
• Achieving monthly disbursement targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Cross-selling other financial products as needed
• Ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies

Salary Range: ₹20,500 – ₹28,000 (Net Take Home based on experience & interview)

Incentives: ₹700 per ₹1 Lakh disbursed over your target

🎓 Qualification Requirements :Minimum: Any Degree (Graduation in any stream)

• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Strong local network and market knowledge

• Muthoot Finance
• Manappuram Finance
• Rupeek
• Indiagold
• Other NBFCs or Gold Loan Companies

Candidates with strong gold loan product knowledge and field sales experience will be given priority.
