Job Description:

Rupeek Fintech Is Looking For Graduate Candidates With Experience In Gold Loan Operations And Gold Appraisal To Manage Branch Banking Activities At Partner Bank Branches In Chennai.

The Selected Candidate Will Be Deployed At A Bank Branch And Will Be Responsible For Handling Both Sales And Operational Activities Related To Gold Loan Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Gold Loan Sales And Operations From The Assigned Bank Branch

• Conduct Gold Appraisal And Evaluate Gold Quality As Per Company Guidelines

• Handle Customer Queries And Provide End-To-End Support For Gold Loan Processing

• Maintain Proper Documentation And Compliance For Loan Processing

• Coordinate With Internal Teams And Bank Staff For Smooth Operations

• Occasionally Visit The Field If Required For Customer Documentation Or Verification

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate In Any Discipline

• Minimum 1 Year Of Experience In Gold Loan Or Gold Appraiser Role

• Good Knowledge Of Gold Appraisal And Gold Loan Process

• Strong Communication And Customer Handling Skills

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate Must Have A Two-Wheeler (Vehicle Is Mandatory)

• Willingness To Work From Assigned Bank Branch Location

Salary:

Up To 6.00 LPA (Based On Experience And Interview Performance)
