Department: Marketing / Design / MediaEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and

content creation. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality visuals for both digital

and print media.

This role involves creating engaging designs for posters, brochures,

social media content, advertisements, and video projects, as well as handling on-site video shoots and marketing material

design for construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities: Design & Branding:

·        Create visually appealing designs for posters,

brochures, banners, hoardings, and digital campaigns.

·        Develop branding and marketing materials for real estate projects (logos, project visuals, layouts, etc.).

·        Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication materials.

 Video Editing &

Production:

·        Edit promotional, testimonial, and walkthrough videos for ongoing and completed projects.

·        Handle video shoots on-site — including planning, framing, and basic direction.

·        Add effects, sound, and motion graphics for social media and marketing content.

 Content & Digital Media:

·        Design creative content for social media

platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

·        Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign

ideas and storytelling.

·        Create visual concepts that communicate construction project features and brand identity effectively.

 Coordination & Execution:

·        Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and project teams for updates and content planning.

·        Manage timelines and deliver designs/videos as per project schedules.

·        Stay updated with current design trends, real estate branding styles, and digital tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:·        Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

·        2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, or creative

agencies.

·        Proficiency in:

o   Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

o   Canva / CorelDRAW (optional)

o   Basic video shooting and editing skills

·        Creative thinking with a strong sense of color, layout, and typography.

·        Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.

·        Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Attributes:·        Experience in real estate or builder

marketing materials.

·        Strong understanding of visual

storytelling and social media trends.

·        Knowledge of 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) is an added advantage.
