Job Title: Senior/Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our brand strategy into high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring a consistent visual language that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Design: Develop original design concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
• Marketing Collateral: Design assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email campaigns, display ads, and presentation decks.
• Print Production: Create high-quality print materials including brochures, packaging, signage, and business cards.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Partner with copywriters and marketing leads to brainstorm creative campaigns and provide visual solutions to complex briefs.
• Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to reach the final polished product.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 – 4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Canva & other tools is a plus.
• Visual Artistry: A strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Communication: Ability to articulate the "why" behind design choices to non-designers.
• Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Bonus Points (Nice to Haves)

• Experience with motion graphics or AI video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Illustration or photography skills.

Budget : Up to 4LPA (Based on the experience)

Working Days : 5days working (Mon – Friday)
