Job Title: Grocery Store Assistant (URGENT HIRING)

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

TIMINGS : Shifts Available :

6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (both male and female candidates)

OR

11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (female candidates) / 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (male candidates)

Chennai Retail Mart is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for the following roles under the title of Grocery Store Assistant. We are hiring for two specific positions:

1. Sales Girls

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding products and providing excellent customer service
• Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
• Answer customer queries and provide information about products
• Promote special offers and loyalty programs

Requirements:

• Min. 10th pass or any bachelors degree
• Proficiency in Tamil language is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Billing Assistant (Male and Female)

Responsibilities:

• Operate the billing counter and handle cash transactions efficiently
• Use POS software to process sales and ensure accurate billing
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain records of transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure the billing area is organized and tidy

Requirements:

• Min. 10th pass education or any bachelors degree
• Proficiency in Tamil language is mandatory
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month, based on experience
