Role: CREM Sales Executive – Group Loan

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire customers for Group Loan / Microfinance products.

• Form and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLG) in assigned areas.

• Conduct field visits and customer meetings.

• Explain loan products, repayment terms, and benefits to customers.

• Collect and verify customer documents and complete KYC process.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely repayments.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th Pass / Any Degree

• Good communication skills in Tamil

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA + Incentives

Work Location: Across Chennai
