Job Description

Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is responsible for enhancing the dining and service experience of clients, employees, and visitors at the industrial catering site. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring service quality, handling feedback, and acting as a liaison between guests and the catering operations team to maintain Compass Group’s high service standards.


  • Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors using the catering facilities
  • Welcome guests and ensure a professional, courteous, and positive dining experience
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and site management to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Conduct regular guest interactions and satisfaction checks during service hours
  • Maintain records of guest feedback, complaints, and action taken
  • Support implementation of Compass Group service standards, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Assist in menu communication, special dietary requirements, and event coordination
  • Promote new menu offerings, wellness initiatives, and Compass Group programs
  • Participate in audits, client meetings, and service reviews when required
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, industrial catering, corporate dining, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities
  • Client-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with catering management systems is an advantage
