Hardware Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Hardware Engineer to join our team in Chennai. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in PC assembly, advanced troubleshooting, thermal optimization, and strict quality control standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble high-performance prebuilt and custom PC systems with precision-level cable management.

• Install and configure CPUs, GPUs, RAM, storage devices, motherboards, cooling systems, and PSUs with full compatibility validation.

• Perform stress testing, benchmarking, burn-in testing, and final QC inspections before dispatch.

• Ensure BIOS optimization, firmware updates, OS installation, and complete driver configuration.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware faults efficiently with structured troubleshooting methods.

• Handle upgrades, RMA coordination, and advanced repair tasks.

• Maintain airflow optimization and thermal efficiency standards in every build.

• Coordinate with the sales team to validate configurations before assembly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional build environment.

• Follow internal quality checklists to ensure zero-error dispatch standards. Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware architecture and component compatibility.

• Proven hands-on experience in assembling high-performance PC systems.

• Deep understanding of thermal management and cable management best practices.

• Ability to identify and resolve hardware-level issues quickly and accurately.

• Experience with BIOS configuration, XMP profiles, firmware updates, and system tuning.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to premium build standards.

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines without compromising quality.
