Job Description

Premium Bakery chain in Chennai is looking for a pastry chef who needs to work in our centralized production facility with very strong technical skills in Bakery

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire baking process, from preparing doughs to baking to packaging

Must be well experienced in croissants , danish, Speciality breads, loafs, stuffed bns, tarts, Tea cakes and cookies.

Specialty baked goods like eclairs , shiffin cakes, muffins, Doughnuts. Create and develop new recipes for baked goods

Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Supervise, train, and manage bakery staff

Quality control, ensuring all products meet bakery standards

Order and maintain inventory of baking supplies

Plan and schedule baking operations to ensure baked goods are ready for customers each day

Inspect bakery equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working order
