Head Of Engineering (Founding Team)

We are building quick commerce app like BLINKIT, ZEPTO , I am looking for a strong Technical Co-Founder (WOMAN-CHENNAI) who can own the entire tech side with long-term commitment.

• Required8–15+ years experience in software engineering
• Experience taking a product from launch to scale
• Strong knowledge of backend systems, APIs, databases
• Experience taking over outsourced/agency-built code
• Ability to review, refactor, and scale existing systems
• Experience with high-traffic consumer or marketplace platforms
• Solid understanding of order, payment, and inventory workflows
• Experience handling production issues and system failures
• Ability to hire, lead, and mentor in-house engineering teams
• Strong decision-making on build vs buy and tech cost control
• Hands-on mindset (can debug and guide engineers when needed)

Good to Have:

• Experience in Quick Commerce / Food Delivery / Logistics / Marketplace
• Mobile app architecture knowledge (Android / iOS / React Native / Flutter)
• Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Basic knowledge of AI / data systems for future scaling

Role Expectation

• Take ownership of the platform after launch
• Ensure stability, scalability, and performance
• Build and lead the internal tech team
