Job Purpose: Site - Techno Commercial - Head - Large Site looks over level procurement, stores, inventory and logistics for site. Provides Techno-Commercial support to various operational and functional areas of the site, in line with business objectives and Techno-Commercial function operating model.

Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive plan aligned with BU strategy and CPO guidelines. Design Site Function Structure:

Ensure alignment with the operating model, group organization design principles, and site requirements.

Category Analysis:

Develop and oversee procurement plans for all categories at the site level. Lead strategic sourcing for CapEx, OpEx, and services including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and selection.

Supplier Management:

Establish and govern vendor performance evaluation processes. Engage with vendors to identify and implement performance improvements.

Implement vendor engagement mechanisms based on group guidelines.

Regulatory Compliance:

Provide support to the business as needed to ensure continuous regulatory conformity.

Contract Management:

Review and approve contracts for site-specific procurements.

People Management:

Formulate manpower plan, drive a collaborative and a high performance driven culture – Set goals, review performance and provide feedback. Create and deploy effective framework for Functional Capability building.

Digital Mindset:

Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Team Development:

Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in engineering with a Master's degree preferred in business administration, supply chain

management, operations, finance or a related area

Work Experience:

More than 16 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement with minimum 5 year experience in a

similar role of leading Procurement function in a large/ mid-sized Organization
