Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review work orders and follow up with insurance carriers for claim status.
• Check pending claims and obtain payment details.
• Analyze denials/rejections and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 1-5 years in AR Calling / Denial Management.
• Strong knowledge of Physician Billing (CMS-1500).
• Excellent communication skills .
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willing to work in night shifts (US shifts).
