Job OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as AR Callers for a US-based Medical Billing process. This is a 100% voice-based role focused on interacting with US insurance providers to resolve claims and ensure timely payments for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• International Voice Support: Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding medical insurance claims.
• Claims Management: Track and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer queries and billing discrepancies with accuracy.
• Documentation: Maintain precise records of all client interactions and updates in the internal database.
• Quality Standards: Consistently meet daily targets while maintaining high-quality service and compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Graduates only).
• Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Service or International Voice Processes (AR Calling experience is a plus).
• Communication: Excellent English speaking and written skills are mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
• Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner.

Shift Details:

• Shift Type: Permanent Night Shift (US Shift).
• Timing: 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
• Work Setup: Full-time, On-site (Vadapalani office).
