Job Description

1. Helpdesk & Complaint Management


Receiving, logging, assigning, and closing ADDa/Helpdesk complaints.


Following up with concerned teams to ensure timely resolution.


Updating complaint status in the system and maintaining proper records.


2. Attendance & Employee Coordination


Entering daily employee attendance.


Finalizing monthly employee attendance for payroll.


Completing and updating missing/incomplete attendance entries.


3. Utility & Meter Management


Recording daily gas readings and updating them in Excel.


Entering meter readings (EB/water/gas) accurately in Excel sheets.


Visiting senior citizens regarding gas due clearance and maintenance follow-ups.


4. Finance & Cash Handling


Handling petty cash and maintaining proper expense records.


Withdrawing petty cash from the bank as required.


Depositing maintenance cheques and EB cheques.


Sending invoices to the auditor and maintaining invoice trackers.


Managing refunds of resident deposit amounts.


Closing tea expenses and updating daily/weekly expense logs.


Handling and recording all invoices, including AMC invoices.


5. Site Operations & Facility Support


Conducting daily morning and evening rounds of the premises.


Monitoring stall activities and updating relevant details in Excel.


Overseeing maintenance activities and coordinating with vendors.


Following up on move-in and move-out activities of residents.


Supporting clients/residents with maintenance requests.


6. Reporting & Documentation


Preparing MMR (Monthly Management Report).


Preparing Smartility reports and other operational reports.


Making PPT presentations for regular activities and management reviews.


Maintaining updated records of daily stall activities, utility readings, complaints, and operational tasks.


7. Coordination & On-ground Support


Interacting with residents, especially senior citizens, for support needs.


Coordinating with maintenance teams, security, housekeeping, and vendors for smooth operations.


Ensuring all activities are documented and updated in relevant systems or Excel sheets.
