Hindi Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information through calls, emails, or chats while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
• Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Provide product/service information clearly and professionally
• Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language)
• Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts (if applicable)
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• Preferred Skills:Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support
• Multilingual communication skills
