Salary:

• Freshers: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000

• Experienced: Up to ₹22,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide information and support for mobility services.

• Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience welcome.

• Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy
