Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives for on-field client acquisition and Business development. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract (1 Year Extendable)

Roles & Responsibilities

• On-field client acquisition and client meetings
• Explaining company services and converting leads
• Achieving monthly sales targets (minimum 4 confirmed clients)
• Client follow-ups, documentation, and reporting
• Attending meetings, visits, and presentations
• Coordinating with internal teams
• Building long-term client relationships

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: 15,000 per month
• Travel Allowance: 5,000 per month (up to 2,000 km)
• Total Monthly CTC: 20,000
• Annual CTC: 2.5 LPA 3LPA
• Deductions: TDS/Tax approx. 1,000 to 1,200
• Incentives: Provided for every client achieved beyond target
• Performance Review: Every 36 months

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Fresher to 1 year in Sales / Field Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic sales knowledge
• Two-wheeler mandatory with valid DL, RC, and insurance
• Disciplined, punctual, and professional

Education

• Minimum 12th Pass
• Any Degree accepted
• Arrears / Backlogs acceptable
