Job Description
Required Qualifications: Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade, with GDA certification. Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a GDA or caregiver. Shift & Compensation: Shift: Minimum of 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month Incentives: ₹1,000 per month Travel Allowance: ₹100 per trip Overtime Pay: ₹200 per day for 24-hour shifts Monthly Earnings Potential: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000
Required Qualifications: Education: GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing Experience: Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU or ward setting. Skills: Knowledge of ventilator operations is an advantage and will be rewarded with additional benefits. Registration: Valid nursing registration is mandatory. Shift & Compensation: Shift: Minimum of 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) Base Salary: ₹28,000 - ₹32,000 per month Incentives: ₹2,000 per month Travel Allowance: ₹100 per trip Overtime Pay: ₹500 per day for 24-hour shifts Monthly Earnings Potential: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000
