Hospital Manager

To supervise all administration, operations and OP activities in to the entire hospital

Investigate all complaints regarding patient care and report to the top management

Interface departments Billing & Front office provide smooth operations in the hospital

MIS reporting daily, weekly and monthly basis including data collection and analysis

Prepare the duty roster and optimal utilization of manpower resources in core areas

Ensure hospital management standards/protocols are met maintained and reviewed

Higher levels of administration services in health care and hospital related sectors.

Profile Requirements:

Minimum UG/PG related to Hospital Management with 6-10 years of experience in healthcare sectors.

Should have relevant work experience on Administration & Operations activities in hospital

Candidate should be localized in the Chennai city, must fluent in Tamil and English languages

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to manage and train the new staff

Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision with the organizational skills

Proficient in using MS Office applications and other hospital relevant software applications

Male and expertise into the hospital administration candidates preferable for this position.
