Hospital Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

² Welcoming all patients.

² Co-ordinating with the patients’ need inside the Hospital premises.

² Software Biling of pharmacy items.

² Coordinating with Housekeeping for room cleaning.

² Coordinating with maintenance department for room maintenance work.

² Coordinating with Doctors regarding follow-up dates.

² Making OPD file and Tag for patients.

² Explaining procedure instructions politely to the patients.

² Arranging transport inside Hospital premises, if needed.

² Maintaining all OP stationeries.

² Sending sick cases to emergency immediately.

² Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

² Tele calling

² Excellent communicative skill-English & Tamil

² Computer skills- MS Word & Excel

² Basic accounts- cash management & Entries

² Patience & trouble shooting

² Team player

² Documentation

EXPERIENCE- Minimum 2 years
