Roles: Associate | Senior Associate

Industry: Hospitality / Resort Operations

Locations: Rajasthan | Uttarakhand | Tamil Nadu | Kerala

• Eligibility Education: Diploma in Hotel Management / Diploma in Housekeeping

• Experience:
• Associate: Fresher
• Senior Associate: 1–2 years

Language Skills

• Local language proficiency is mandatory
• English communication is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping and resort operations activities as per standards
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas
• Support guest services to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company SOPs consistently
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
• Handle assigned shifts, including rotational shifts if required
• Assist in maintaining inventory and reporting operational issues
