Hotel Manager

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of departments
• Monitor front office, housekeeping, and service staff performance
• Ensure service quality standards and SOP compliance
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Support revenue generation through upselling and occupancy coordination
• Maintain daily reports, shift schedules, and operational records
• Coordinate with management for performance improvement
• Key Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of hotel front office and housekeeping procedures
• Good communication and guest handling skills
• Leadership ability to manage and guide staff
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and operational reporting
• Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
