Housekeeping Staff

Job Summary : The Housekeeping Staff member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of assigned areas to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests, residents, or employees.

• Key Responsibilities : Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean surfaces
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Refill supplies such as soap, tissue, and cleaning materials
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Respond politely to guest or occupant requests when required
