Job Summary

Housekeeping Staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned areas. They ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests, residents, or employees.

• Key Responsibilities : Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces
• Dispose of trash and maintain waste containers
• Refill supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Follow health and safety standards and company policies
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly and safely
• Respond to guest or client requests in a professional manner
