HR Executive

Required Candidate profile :

• NP: Immediate/15 Days
• Deg: Business Administration or relevant field
• Only Female Preferred
• Only Married Preferred
• Strong ability in using MS Office
• Knowledge of Human resources processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing: Source, screen, and hire engineers, project managers, and site labor (contractors/subcontractors).
• Onboarding & Site Induction: Conduct site-specific orientations focusing on safety protocols and company policies.
• Labor Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, including minimum wages, PF, ESI, and safety regulations.
• Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll for staff and manage attendance, timekeeping, and wage payments for site laborers.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and staff welfare issues.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate personnel files, training records, and certification documentation.
• Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisals and site-based evaluations.
• Training & Safety: Coordinate necessary safety training and certification programs for site personnel.
• Exit Formalities: Manage offboarding processes, including final settlements and exit interviews
