Source , screen, and schedule candidates for interviews

Maintain recruitment records and candidate data base

Maintain employee records ( personal files, attandance , leaves, etc)

Manage payroll coordination

Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS

Support audits and statutory compliance (PF ,ESI , GRATUITY, ETC)

SKILLS :

1 . Good Communication skills

2 . 1-5 years experience in HR opeations

3 . knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

4 . problem solving and conflict resolution abilities

5 . Condidentiality and professionalism
