Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1 year of experience to support our human resources department in recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
• Ensure compliance and Grievance handling in Between Employee
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration as required.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.

Eligible Criteria:

·        Candidate Should have a degree of MBA –HR

·        Minimum Experience have a 1 Year

·        Preferred Male Candidate 

·        Must Good in Communication.
