ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Searching for both active and passive candidates through job boards, social networks, and professional networks. • Mass/Volume Hiring: Managing high-volume recruitment for blue collared workers as per the requirements. • Field Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively sourcing candidates through local visits, campus drives, job fairs, and networking • Candidate Screening & Selection: Conducting on-the-spot interviews, resume screening, and skill validation • Onboarding & Documentation: Managing the full joining process, document verification, and issuing offer letters. • Database Management: Maintaining the database of candidates.
