HR Executive

1. Human Resource Management:

• Recruit, onboard, and train store staff with a focus on textile/retail knowledge.
• Manage attendance, payroll, and leave records.
• Handle employee engagement, grievances, and performance monitoring.

2. Store Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth workflow.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and sales operations.

3. Accounts & Reporting:

• Handle daily cash management, billing, and basic store accounting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR and sales reports.
• Coordinate with management for budget, expenses, and operational improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in textiles or saree retail is mandatory.
• Knowledge of HR processes, retail operations, and basic accounting.
• Ability to manage staff, accounts, and store operations efficiently.
