HR Generalist

Job Description:

We are looking for talented HR professional who has a command over English, who has a good positive attitude, ability to understand people and interacts with customers and team members effectively. Hindi communication skills will be a great advantage.

Job Type: Full-time | Location: Chennai (Rajasekaran St [Near RK Salai] Mylapore)

Pay Range: ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 35,000 per month (Fixed only)

Key Responsibilities:

As a HR professional, you will be expected to;

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Attracting talent to ensure timely hiring and expanding the current workforce.

- Sourcing and selecting the best candidates as per the manpower needs and requirements.

- Managing recruitment processes to meet business needs and foster a positive employer brand

- Employee Management:

- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances

- Handle contract employees for housekeeping with their agencies and handle any grievances

- Organize birthday and other events for employees as per the needs

- Policy Management:

- Develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures

- Communicate policies to employees and management

- Induction Procedure Management:

- Ensure smooth onboarding process and provide necessary support

Training and Development:

- Empowering employees by analyzing trainings that helps employees, to improve skills and performance.

HR Data Management:

- Maintaining employees' data and HR records.
