Job Title: HR Manager for a FMCG Co at Velacherry,Chennai

Location: Velacherry/T.Nagar Tamil Nadu

Experience:Minimum 7 – 15 Years as a HR manager

Salary: Minimum 35 K to Maximum 50 K PM

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the entire gamut of HR functions for a fast-growing FMCG company. The role requires a strong HR generalist with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, driving people strategies, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
• Handle performance management systems and employee appraisals
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
• Manage training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities
• Oversee compensation & benefits administration
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain HR records, MIS, and reporting systems
• Partner with business heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Ensure smooth HR operations across plant/corporate functions
