HR Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide HR recruiters to meet hiring objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates and task alignment
• Track and report payment status across clients and vendors
• Record and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery
• Support quality improvement initiatives across business operations

Requirements:

• Mature and responsible attitude with strong coordination skills
• Availability for prompt communication and follow-ups
• Prior experience in HR or operations preferred
• Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
