Job Title: HR Executive (Payroll & HR Operations)

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage payroll processing and handle day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll management and working knowledge of Greythr software.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time

Managing attendance, leave records, and salary calculations

Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)

Maintaining employee records and HR documentation

Coordinating with accounts and management for payroll approvals

Managing Greythr software (data entry, reports, payroll processing)

Requirements:

Experience in payroll processing is mandatory

Working knowledge of Greythr software

Basic understanding of statutory compliance

Good communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Excel
