HR Professional

We are looking for an HR professional to handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, compliance, and administration, ensuring smooth operations and a motivated workforce in our showroom.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding of staffs
• Attendance, payroll & employee records management
• Organize training & development programs
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI & other HR policies
• Handle employee engagement & grievance issues
• Support day-to-day HR administration activities

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• Above 8years of HR experience (automobile/retail preferred)
• Good communication & people management skills
• Knowledge of HR compliance & payroll
• Basic computer skills (MS Office/HR software)
