HR Recruite-Hindi (mandatory)

• Required Skills:Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory)
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media
• Source candidates through portals, references, and networking
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with panel members
• Follow up with candidates and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Handle offer roll-out and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment database and reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, indeed,Apna, etc.)
• Good understanding of recruitment life cycle
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
