 Responsibilities include the entire recruiting needs of YENNES as and when need arises thru Job Portals, Referrals, HR Groups, etc.

• Creating JD, Posting on the portal as well as update on the company’s Career page.
• Responsibilities include Sourcing and Screening of CVs from Job Portals, those received via inbox, referrals and to match to the openings.
• Do the initial screening of the candidates, and do the short listing on F2F basis.
• Initiating Background verification of potential candidates and getting feedback from past companies before then offer issue on case to case.
• Assist the accounts team in the monthly payroll process with the leave management and attendance details.
• On boarding of new joiners, gather their personal data and bank details.
• Handling of Exit formalities of relieved employee and full and final settlement.
• Create and share greetings (birthday, work anniversary, etc.)
