HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to onboarding. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who can effectively sell our company culture and brand. 

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Use online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and Boolean search strings to proactively identify active and passive candidates.
• Job Management: Collaborate with department heads to write compelling job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes for qualifications, conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess cultural and technical fit, and provide shortlists to hiring managers.
• Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview schedule, act as the primary point of contact for candidates, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, handle salary and benefit negotiations, and manage the pre-boarding process.
• Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, including diversity and inclusion standards.
