Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to hire and build strong teams for our fast-growing biriyani brand. This role focuses on hiring kitchen staff, delivery teams, outlet managers, and support staff while maintaining speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  •  Source and hire candidates for:

   •  Chefs, assistant cooks, helpers

   •  Service staff & cashiers

   •  Delivery executives

   •  Outlet managers & supervisors

  •  Use platforms like Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, and local hiring networks

  •  Conduct initial screening and interviews

  •  Coordinate trial shifts for kitchen staff

2. Bulk Hiring & Quick Turnaround

  •  Handle mass hiring during new outlet launches

  •  Build a pipeline of ready-to-join candidates

  •  Reduce hiring turnaround time (target: 3–5 days for junior roles)

3. Vendor & Field Hiring

  •  Coordinate with local agents, consultancies, and referrals

  •  Visit nearby areas for walk-in hiring drives

  •  Organize job camps and local recruitment events

4. Employee Onboarding

  •  Manage joining formalities (documents, ID proof, etc.)

  •  Ensure smooth onboarding at outlets

  •  Coordinate uniforms, basic training, and documentation

5. Retention Support

  •  Track early attrition (first 30 days)

  •  Collect feedback from employees and outlet managers

  •  Work with operations team to reduce staff turnover

6. Employer Branding

  •  Promote the company as a great workplace

  •  Manage hiring posts on social media and WhatsApp groups

  •  Build local reputation for stable jobs

Key Requirements

  •  1–3 years experience in recruitment (preferably restaurants, QSR, or retail)

  •  Strong understanding of blue-collar hiring

  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  •  Good communication in Tamil + basic English

  •  Willingness to travel locally for hiring
