HR Recruiter

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for automotive roles such as:
• 
  
• Sales Executives / Consultants
• Service Advisors / Technicians
• Floor Supervisors, CREs, Managers
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan hiring accordingly
• Source candidates through:
• 
  
• Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Walk-ins, referrals, campus drives, vendors
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
• Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
• Ensure joining targets are met within TAT
• Support onboarding and induction process
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies

Experience in two-wheeler, three-wheeler, or four-wheeler dealerships

Familiarity with regional hiring and local manpower markets
