HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter cum Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and overall HR operational activities.

The position is open for multiple locations including Chennai, Thirunelveli, Thoothukudi, Trichy, Thanjavur, Chidambaram, and Puducherry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Coordinate interviews with clients/department heads

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker

Ensure positions are closed within TAT

2. HR Operations

Handle employee onboarding and documentation

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities

Maintain employee records and HR database

Support payroll inputs and attendance tracking

Coordinate employee exit formalities and full & final settlement

3. Employee Coordination

Act as a point of contact between employees and management

Handle employee grievances and basic HR queries

Ensure smooth communication within the organization

Monitor employee attendance and absenteeism

4. Compliance & Reporting

Maintain statutory compliance records (if applicable)

Prepare recruitment and HR MIS reports

Maintain SOP adherence and documentation
