HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates seeking training and placement opportunities. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting screening processes, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the placement and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals (Internshala, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and explain the training and placement programs.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with the technical team or clients.
• Maintain candidate database and follow up with applicants.
• Convert internship candidates into training program enrollments.
• Provide guidance to candidates regarding career opportunities and company requirements.
• Handle candidate queries related to courses, internships, and placements.
• Maintain proper documentation of recruitment activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to convince and guide candidates
• Basic MS Office knowledge
