Job Description:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies in line with the overall business objectives
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies needed for roles
• Writing and posting job descriptions on career websites, universities boards, and other suitable platforms
• Screening resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates
• Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate’s suitability
• Coordinating with hiring managers to arrange further interviews and assessments
• Negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with potential hires
• Keeping accurate records of all candidates, interviews, and hiring processes
• Participating in job fairs and career events to network with potential candidates
